Mr Phelps saved my son's life. I had so much trust in him from the very first time I met him. He was honest and sincere and took the time to explain everything to me clearly. He operated my son on a Friday night outside of normal hours; it was a very long surgery and he came to me as soon he was finished operating to tell me that all was ok. I've never really trusted Doctor's before after poor experiences at our local hospital but this man is amazing and he really cares. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Mr Phelps saved my son's life when he was born with CDH, we were told he might not live, 5 hours surgery, Mr Phelps himself came to us to give us the good news, that our baby had made it. Max is now 11, he has ADHD but apart from that he's fit an healthy. Mr Simon Phelps is my real life super hero. I am forever in his debt! The man is a legend!

This doctor is amazing his given my son two years worth of operations an took care of him after being diagnosed with a rare disease at birth. I have no bad comments on him what so ever, I couldn't thank him enough for everything his done for us. I trust him with my sons life. Also the wards intensive care and all the paediatric nurses, doctors and students at this hospital are amazing. I've spent a lot of time in this hospital and I couldn't fault it at all! Amazing service !!
