Great experience. Doctor and team were amazing as I was an anxious patient having first operation, ever. My questions answered clearly in simple terms that I could understand, lightened my anxiety with humour and conversation. Highly recommend.

The doctor who saw me was very nice and polite. I was able to express my concerns and anxieties and he did his best to explain the procedure and this made me feel at ease.

Dr Raj was absolutely amazing, the service I have received from Dr Raj and his team was the best care I have received from being informed at every step to being made extremely comfortable during my stay at newham hospital. They listened to me and understood me and my pain and booked me on for gallbladder surgery to remove my gallbladder through keyhole surgery. I just want to say a massive thank you I cannot begin to express or say how much I appreciate them carrying out this surgery during such a busy time they found a slot for me and relived me of my severe gallstone pain which I had been experiencing for over 3-4weeks. Thank you !!!

Dr Ramamoorthy was very attentive and helpful. He understood the effects porphyria may have had on my test results, which were thoroughly reviewed. (I suffer from regular porphyria attacks.) He is arranging for for a visit to Barts for a colonoscopy.

Doctor actively listened to what I was saying and balanced that with steering the conversation well to get an understanding of my issues and why I was referred. Doctor explained the next steps well, was compassionate and connected with my desire for understanding. Doctor had demonstrated a reading of patients notes made available to him and was patient in taking questions so that I could get comfortable he understood the issues.
