My patient experience with Mr Thakrar has been very positive, from start to the finish. He has been approachable, transparent and really listened to my needs and the outcome i was seeking. He presented the potential treatment options for me and took time to discuss and listen to my views before we both agreed on a joint plan around my future care. The operative experience was also very positive and i left hospital in no pain and did not need to take any pain relief once home. My recovery has been very positive to date and i am very hopeful that in the coming weeks that i can return to the sporting activities that my injury prevented me from taking part in. I have a spring in my step again so am very grateful to Mr Thakrar for what he has done for me.

Second knee operation completed successfully by Mr Thakrar. Great outcome. A really pleasant doctor who took the time to explain what was going to happen Clearly a consultant at the top of his game. Absolutely NO problem recommending him.

An amazing doctor, gave me confidence before & after surgery and explained everything from start to finish. Due to the outstanding surgery carried out on my knee by Mr Thakrar I have got a huge part of my life back that I had been missing for years. I can’t thank him enough

I met Dr Thakra whilst going through a difficult period following from a motorcycle accident. He was very open in his assessment and provided very clear information to follow and understand requirements on how he can improve matters He has a very professional comforting manor to allow you and others / family present to understand the next steps. he is very enthusiastic and caring and keeps check on his patients through progress from pre and post operation without doubt a doctor to recommend, the treatment received was first class
