I first met Mr. Dubey in January 2018 when referred to Queens with a brain tumour. I was immediately struck by his confident approach and honest explanation of all the pros. and cons. involved with future treatment. The situation was carefully monitored until towards the end of the year when it became apparent that my condition was deteriorating and an operation would be necessary. At 82 years old and never having had any sort of op. I was given a full rundown of what would happen including the fact that the operation would be in the region of 8 hours. On the day my daughters asked to be notified - irrespective of the time - when the op. was over and of my condition, In the small hours they received a call, not from a nurse but from Mr. Dubey who, after hours in the theatre still found time to tell them that all was well. My sincere thanks go not only to Mr. Dubey but to his entire team and all involved in my aftercare for the kindness and consideration they provided and would have no hesitation in recommending all concerned. Thank you all, Peter Cook

He tells it like it is without being patronising or unkind. You know where you stand from the start. Dr. dubey performed a very difficult op on my back even though it was far more challenging than he first thought. I am more than grateful and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing neurosurgery. He stopped my pain and helped me to walk again.will be for ever grateful.

Mr Dubey carried out a major operation on my spine to remove a tumour from one of my vertebrae as it was pressing on the nerves in my spinal column. The procedure involved the construction of a metal frame around the affected vertebrae. The operation was a success and has healed well externally. The healing process internally is ongoing, I had the op four weeks ago and my back still aches and I have not yet regained full strength in my legs. I have spoken to Mr Dubey this week who has reassured me that it will take a few months to fully recover due to the complexity of the operation. He stressed that I should not attempt to rush things along. He was happy to answer all my question fully and I am very happy with how he dealt with me. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a neurosurgeon.
