I have recently had two total knee replacements which were performed six months apart . Mr David Hollinghurst operated on both occasions and my knees now feel 40 years younger. I cannot fault him where pre-operation and post operative consultations were concerned. He was sure that I had all the facts about the operation beforehand and did not try and steer me in any direction and was conscientious about follow-up procedure. If I had more than two knees and one or two of them needed an operation I would certainly return to him .

I underwent complex knee surgery under mr hollinghurst. Prep op consultation was excellent as he listened to my issues and then explained carefully and thoroughly the options. Unlike other orthopaedic surgeons he didn’t push me in to having an operation and I felt it my definitely my decision to go ahead. The op has been a huge success and I can exercise to a higher level than my injury allowed me previously. Pain is now much improved. I have great respect for mr hollinghurst and can’t thank him enough.
