Mr Stylianides is an incredible consultant and i cannot recommend him enough. Calm, professional, thorough, listens and takes you seriously but also very approachable and compassionate. The colonoscopy was a very formidable experience but the anticipation was far worse than the reality. He was calm, confident and the overall procedure was completely painless. Special mention goes to his secretary Emma who was so prompt and helpful in managing to get me seen within a week and had already preempted the colonoscopy after the consultation. The difference this made to my anxiety levels cannot be overstated. An absolute star. Look no further. Simon

I had an haemorrhoidectomy which was carried out by Mr Nicholas Stylianides. In our pre op consultation he explained everything very clearly and gave good advice about what to do, post surgery. Made me feel I was in good hands. Follow his advice and you will progress through it. I am on day 14, post surgery. Key points 1. Eat lots of fibre and drink plenty of fluids. 2. Take the stool softener as prescribed to help pass stools as soon as possible. At all costs avoid constipation. If you are already constipated take steps before surgery and tell the Doctor. 3. Short walking exercises especially after the 1st week. 4. Warm baths twice a day to help relieve the dull aching pain. 4. Sit in a bidet with warm water to relive any stinging pain. 5. Take the pain killers as prescribed. 6. It will get worse before it gets better. Persevere following all the advice and you will come through the other side.

Mr Stylianides was highly recommended to me by those I trust and now I understand why. Calm, reassuring, professional and efficient. My whole experience from first consultation, through to procedure and after-care was second to none. I really cannot fault any aspect of Mr Stylianides and indeed his team.
