I was extremely concerned when I went for my appointment as my GP had found a 'ridge in my boob. He reassured me that it was only hormones and that it was nothing to worry about. His empathy was amazing and put me at ease.

A very lovely Doctor. Made me feel very relaxed, calm and at ease the moment I walked into his room. Explained everything clearly.

I found Mr Coombs kind and sympathetic, he was quietly reassuring and listened to what I said.

I would like to comment that everyone I saw at GWH today 29/3/21 from the volunteer who directed me, to the receptionist at the Breast clinic, to the mammography team and including Mr Coombs were kind, efficient and professional.

First class the appointment was on time Dr Coombs made feel at ease he explained what my problem was. And then told me how he would put it right and when he could do it. that it would require one night in Hospital and then may me 2 weeks taking it steady.
