I am writing to provide feedback on the exceptional care and service that I received from Dr. Samantha Williams and her team in the breast department at Western Hospital. Upon my GP sending an urgent rapid request for an appointment due to a concerning right breast lump and shortness of breath, Dr. Williams and her team acted swiftly and efficiently in addressing my needs. I was particularly impressed by the speed at which I was seen after the request was made. Within just 2 weeks of my GP's referral, all necessary tests and biopsies were completed, providing me with much-needed reassurance during a stressful time. Dr. Williams' proactive approach in communicating the results immediately, rather than making me wait until my next hospital appointment, truly exemplifies her dedication to patient care. The exceptional treatment and care that I received from Dr. Williams and her team were truly outstanding. Their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency throughout the entire process not only alleviated my anxiety but also ensured that I received the necessary care in a timely manner. I am incredibly grateful for the high standard of care that I received from Dr. Samantha Williams and her team at Western Hospital. Miss Williams is fantastic, she goes above and beyond to help with any questions and worries you may have. Such a lovely warm person. I couldn’t have wished for a better consultant to help me through my cancer diagnosis. The whole team are amazing.

Sam Williams is a caring and sympathetic doctor. After my operation she has seen me through several weeks of having a seroma drained without making me uncomfortable. She is very easy to talk to and listens to everything said. I would recommend her wholeheartedly and she would be my first choice for any other surgery I, hopefully not, might need in the future.

I’ve found Sam Williams to be incredible. I had seen a few other consultants/ surgeons during the previous months and felt dismissed by them. However Ms Williams really listened to me and wanted to help get to the bottom of the lump issue I am experiencing. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I have received from her.
