I accompanied my mother on Thursday 27th October 2022 to attend her follow-on appointment with Mr Al-Rashedy, after her surgery for gall bladder removal. I felt mum was treated with respect and dignity. The consultation was not rushed. We were repeatedly asked if we had any further question. I am very happy that all her options were considered and explained fully, and I know my mother felt the same way. We have no suggestions for improvement, as we both feel none were needed.
