I accompanied my mother on Thursday 27th October 2022 to attend her follow-on appointment with Mr Al-Rashedy, after her surgery for gall bladder removal. I felt mum was treated with respect and dignity. The consultation was not rushed. We were repeatedly asked if we had any further question. I am very happy that all her options were considered and explained fully, and I know my mother felt the same way. We have no suggestions for improvement, as we both feel none were needed. Top marks for the excellent service and care my mother received. Well done and thank you. Kerry Longson.
