Mr Benamer took a good medical history, listened and had a kind manner. He explained everything in a way I could understand including the examination, his findings and what would happen next. My experience with this doctor was totally positive. He was polite, professional and made me feel at ease straight away. He listened to what I had to say and asked questions as appropriate but never did my consultations feel rushed or pressured in any way.
