3 years post treatment and I’m going through my second surgery for otoplasty (not with this clinic or surgeon) Unfortunately when I requested the desired look for my ears, the surgeon did what he thought would look best which essentially resulted in my ears looking exactly the same. No change to them whatsoever and £3000 down the drain which took me a long time to save. No offer of the surgery to be redone or any money even partially returned. The PA asked for my doctor’s opinion which they could not give as they were under the NHS and not private - therefore not a good result. Disappointing to say the least

I have seen Mr Connolly on and off for a few years via the NHS alongside privately now. Throughout the years he has always remained exceptionally thorough, professional and shows a lot of empathy. He is extremely competent and takes a lot of time to ensure he covers all angles of care as he is very diligent in his work. His level of care far exceeds any other doctor I have ever come across. He is very polite, friendly and attentive. I do not normally leave reviews however I felt that Mr Connolly really is exceptional and his work deserves to be acknowledged. In my particular case, I required a Stapedectomy. Many years ago Mr Connolly did my stapedectomy which he did a wonderful job in. I now wanted him to do my other ear but because he felt he hadn't performed it frequently anymore, he no longer performs it. This is the level of care and pride he takes in his work. I also came to see him for other issues related to my balance and he addressed all angles such a neurological basis which he did not need to do. He really is exceptional in every aspect and I am very grateful to him.

I have been a patient of Mr Connolly’s for several years as an NHS patient due to an ongoing medical condition and was always extremely happy with his care. He is very kind and always listened to my concerns with understanding and empathy. He fully explains everything and always allows time for any questions. His caring and friendly manner instantly puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Mr Connolly to anyone needing care within this speciality. He is very professional, approachable and always has time for his patients.

I am currently under the care of Mr Connolly and have been diagnosed with hyperventilation syndrome/ tensor tympani syndrome/ cervical spondylosis. When attending for my appointment I was extremely anxious and distressed by my symptoms. Mr Connolly went the extra mile to reassure me and acted with total professionalism and empathy. He was quick to diagnose my symptoms and explained everything to me in a patient friendly manner. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and understanding, as well as also being very kind to my young daughter who attended with me. Highly recommend to anyone who has an ENT issue. Thank you so much.

I had my first appointment with Mr Connolly and was very happy with his care. He listened to my issues and was very thorough in his assessment. He gave me some advice on how to manage my symptoms and I have a follow up appointment in 3 weeks time for further investigations. It is the first time I have had a consultant actually address my problems as a whole and not just dismiss my symptoms. He was kind, courteous and put me at my ease. Also, obviously very professional and knowledgeable.
