What an amazing facility The Park Hospital is. Such a calming environment, spotlessly clean, and the staff are all just so wonderful and friendly. And appointments are absolutely punctual. I doubt that there is a better hospital than The Park in the UK.

Having waited over a year for a Pacemaker on the NHS, I was very fortunate to be sub-contracted for treatment to The Park Hospital. The facilities were immaculate, the lines of communication brilliant and the operation completed on the date set. Each member of staff I met was friendly and polite regardless of the role they played in my treatment. I knew I was their priority whilst with them. Finally the clinical team did a wonderful job ending 12 months of uncertainty, and just in time for Christmas. I might add, the food was really tasty and was brought fresh when I was recovering and ready for it. Hats off to Dr Frizzell and his team, not all of whom I can remember by name but to whom I will be forever grateful. Gill Smith

Our family has had several experiences with The Park Hospital, and every single one has been excellent. My daughter attended following a car accident and needed an MRI scan and ongoing physiotherapy. The care and support she received were outstanding—staff were calm, reassuring and genuinely caring, and her physio has been such an important part of her recovery. Melanie continues to be absolute superstar!! (My daughter cannot speak highly enough of her) I have also had an MRI scan and physiotherapy for back issues, and again, the process was smooth, efficient and very professional. Everything was clearly explained, and appointments were arranged quickly with minimal waiting. Again - Melanie has been amazing!! With the best sense of humour My husband has had support for diabetes, and we have been so impressed by how thorough, informative and compassionate the specialist team has been. Across all of these different experiences, what really stands out is how consistent the care has been. Every interaction has been positive, and every member of staff we’ve met has been kind, professional and helpful. We are extremely grateful for the level of care provided and would recommend The Park Hospital without hesitation.

The whole experience from my pre operation appointments, my stay in hospital, physiotherapy and discharge has been professionally executed throughout and I could not have asked for anything more from any of the hospital staff I've had the pleasure to meet.
