Going into hospital is not is not always a pleasurable experience and can be quite daunting I recently brought my wife to the pilgrim as a day patient and from start to finish they made the experience as pleasurable as it could be.The nursing staff were exceptional,we can't thank them enough. So if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having to go into hospital and you are referred to the pilgrim you can rest assured you will be exceptionaly well looked after. Many thanks to all the staff, carry on the good work
From the very start in A&E, I wasn’t listened to, which meant that as well as having to undergo many unnecessary examinations and procedures, ultimately it caused a great delay in me receiving the care I needed. I have never before experienced such disrespect, rudeness and complete incompetence during a hospital stay.
recently had an operation and brief stay in the Bostonian. Thank you to the surgeon Ashak Mohanty and all his wonderful team who dealt with me and kept me informed at all time and made it as painless as possible. Also thank you to all the staff in the Bostonian right down to the lovely friendly cleaners and tea ladies the service and food was excellent - most caring staff under some difficult circumstances.
