Mr Michael Lumb was amazing today, he made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed, i could tell that he was a really kind person and that he was really listening. He didn't just treat me like a patient, he engaged in conversation with me and really made me feel at ease with being there, especially as this is my first pregnancy! First impressions were amazing and i hope that Mr Michael Lumb has a great retirement and great future ahead of him.
