Miss Shirley Steel

Miss Steel helped me with both of my pregnancies and always provided with me great reassurance that we were in extremely safe hands. I was anxious throughout both pregnancies but she always took the time to reassure me and answer any questions my husband and I had ( and I had a LOT). We felt like decisions were always made in mine and our babies best interests and that our feelings were taken into consideration throughout. Even after I'd delivered my children, Miss Steel came to see me and check that I was feeling well. I will be forever grateful to her for ensuring my children entered the world safely and I'm in awe of the work she and the other staff do to help families.
