Mr Gooseman is currently working within my team as a specialist trainee in Cardiothoracic Surgery, I find him a pleasure to work with. He remains calm and professional at all times and his enthusiasm for work is infectious. He is always keen to teach other members of the team and take on new responsibilities. In addition to this, he is caring and conscientious towards all patients and relatives, and strives to give the best care he can provide. I would highly recommend him. I look forward to seeing him progress in this career.

I have worked as a junior doctor with Mr Gooseman. I have found that he is efficient and thorough, and approaches patients with patience and compassion, taking the time to explain things when required. He is keen to take opportunities to teach us where possible and is approachable as a more senior doctor. He is also enthusiastic about improving the patient experience through quality improvement on the ward.

As a junior Doctor I have found Mr Gooseman approachable and always willing to teach. At times when the pressure is high, he has maintained a cool head and been decisive in his actions and instructions. His relationship with patients is admirable and always strives to keep their care as the centre of our work, rather than be distracted by administration and the politics which come with working in a large teaching hospital. The most sensitive measure of my opinion is that I would gladly have him treat a member of my family.
