I had a difficult unstable fracture on 2 fingers making pinning uncertain, but Mr Jones was called in to assist & did a great job which gave me confidence in the procedure. It was good he was available to assist the registrar at the crucial moment

Thank you for your positive feedback. Your case was more complex than initially thought requiring further intervention. I also recall that your operation was done under regional anaesthetic and it was useful to be able to talk to you during your procedure, which I think often enhances the patient experience.

Working as a Sports massage therapist and training Osteopath myself has allowed me to have involvement in my treatment plan and stages of intervention. Mr Jones has been incredibly understanding and proactive in encorporating my opinions, the physio team and his best advice to try to avoid surgery but aid recovery to allow me to return back to a level of normal function and meet my expectations. He is very thorough in try to get to the cause of the symptoms I am presenting with.

Having broken my thumb in a cycling accident I was very impressed with the service from all the team at Peterborough. Mr Jones himself treated me like an individual rather than just another patient and I felt at ease and valued which made me really trust the advice and treatment he was giving me. I would certainly recommend him and having spoken to friends who have previously recieved treatment from him, we all agree that he delivers exceptional care.
