Mr Webb is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable in his field. He listens and understands the impact of his surgery especially the immediate after effects.He is pays particular attention to preventing infections as a result of surgery and is very up to date with the most recent papers regarding this. He explains things in a clear respectful manner assuming patient knowledge and understanding, without you feeling any question is too trivial. His attention to detail and memory of the patient's circumstances are second to none making you feel truly listened too. His after care is exemplary making sure the patient has all the information and instructions necessary in a timely manner. My follow up in person consultation was cancelled by the hospital but he phoned me within the week to make sure I was healing well, as the rescheduled appointment was then a further 3 weeks on. I highly recommend him as a surgeon for one of the most invasive and 'big' elective operations- I have been lucky to have had both hip replacements done by Mr Webb 7 years part, the first at Southmead Hospital the second at The Glen Spire Hospital Bristol.

A massive thank you to Mr Jason Webb and his team at the Spire. For someone, who at the age of sixty was told I would need a total hip replacement was terrifying. Luckily for me Mr Webb was kind,caring and professional right from the first appointment. I never felt my appointments were rushed even with my many, many questions. The operation, and aftercare from the whole team could not have been better. Nearly three months on my new hip is amazing and I can’t wait to wear heels again and climb Snowden (not wearing the heels obviously) Mr Webb I can’t thank you enough you are an excellent surgeon. Because of my diabetes this operation took longer than expected, but results were absolutely outstanding, it was like having the clock turned back 10 years. Mr Jason Webb was very informative and told and showed me what I could expect during and after the operation, the hospital staff were very helpful and happy people, I am glad that I took the Sphire hospital option when apply for this operation as I dell like a new man. With the likely need for a surgeon to perform total hip replacement surgery arising, we received an unequivocal recommendation for Jason Webb. Having undergone a successful operation, this recommendation has been amply justified. Before the operation, Mr Webb gave clear descriptions of procedures, likely outcomes and possible complications. It was particularly reassuring that he ensures that the most up to date evidence-based practice is followed to avoid possible complications such as infection. I was also impressed that he took the trouble to visit patients every day during their hospital stay after surgery.

I can't thank Mr. Webb for his care during my stay after having a right hip replacement. A truely remarkable surgeon. He is a very kind man who takes it upon himself to make you feel at ease during which proved to be an anxious time for me, but then realising the actual benfits of having this surgery. I would like to thank you for your support whilst having my left hip replaced and onto my right this year.
