Mr Webb is very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable in his field. He listens and understands the impact of his surgery especially the immediate after effects.He is pays particular attention to preventing infections as a result of surgery and is very up to date with the most recent papers regarding this. He explains things in a clear respectful manner assuming patient knowledge and understanding, without you feeling any question is too trivial. His attention to detail and memory of the patient's circumstances are second to none making you feel truly listened too. His after care is exemplary making sure the patient has all the information and instructions necessary in a timely manner. My follow up in person consultation was cancelled by the hospital but he phoned me within the week to make sure I was healing well, as the rescheduled appointment was then a further 3 weeks on. I highly recommend him as a surgeon for one of the most invasive and 'big' elective operations- I have been lucky to have had both hip replacements done by Mr Webb 7 years part, the first at Southmead Hospital the second at The Glen Spire Hospital Bristol.
