I initially saw Jonathan in the spring 2011 about pain in my both knees following any exercise, including even walking & gardening. He recommended I have some physio to strenthen my core muscle group around both knees rather than consider any surgery. One year on, the left knee was still a problem. Jonathan completed an arthoscopy on this knee in August 2012. I have just returned from a skiing holiday & my family were amazed that I didn't mention any pain in either of my knees! As a relatively active & fit 43 year old he & my physio have enabled me to return to playing squash, family water sports & skiing without waking up the next day needing a walking stick! I really appreciated the time Jonathan gave both pre-surgery & post op - he explained everything in simple layman language & that made me feel very certain that I was taking the best option for my knee!
