Painful frozen shoulder was dealt with sympathetically, efficiently, and far more quickly than I expected. Mr Warner made sure that I was fully aware of the procedure and options available. The whole experience was actually much more pleasant than I expected and I have now regained the full range of movement.

I found Mr Warner to be a lovely man, he listened to you and explained any procedures available, but give you the opportunity to have a say in your own treatment. In my opinion, i felt I had the best treatment needed and although there is nothing more he can do for me, he stated that if my problem arises again I could be referred to him again via my doctor. Mr Warner listened to my problem, discussed my options and was responsive to my anxieties The actual operation went smoothly from a surgical point of view and the scar is almost invisible 6 weeks post operative His practice manager, Jayne, was helpful and always replied to my emails quickly and helped to make the process easier.

Very pleased that initially Mr Warner said that the suggested surgery on my Fractured finger was not required and then follow up appointments at the Beaumont hospital were made easily and at a convenient time in the evening. It was also very pleasing that all my follow up appointments were seen absolutely on time which is something I have never experienced in a hospital before! Delighted with the way I was looked after and delighted with the result
