I visited Mr Pattison in clinic today. He was kind, caring and understanding. He addressed my concerns and was very good with my 2 yr old son. I feel this doctor has excellent communication skilss, interpersonal skills and is an asset to the NHS. Thank you Mr Pattison for a great experience.

A very nice and understanding doctor who quickly takes action. Great service and always sees thing from patients and parents' view. Very kind and always thinks about everything. Never jumps to conclusions and allows to fill in patients with what's happening. Appointments are good, on time and hopeful. Good service and makes sure patients are all right and asks lots of questions before making assumptions. Asks general questions which make patients feel better. Does not take too much time.

Mr Pattison has been treating my daughter for hip dysplasia since November 2016. In terms of the care my daughter received I couldn't fault it. Mr Pattison and all the staff have always made you feel welcome and answered any worries, concerns or questions I have had. Each appointment was very thorough which ensured we were never unaware of the next step. The only critisim would be of the hospital car park which is not fit for purpose - depending on the time of the appointment would depend on the time to get a space (anywhere between 25mins to an hour). Obviously nothing the doctors or staff can do about that!

My Daughter had broken her collar bone and this was an appointment made for on a Sunday by out visit to A&E - great to have clinic at the weekend, we were in and out within 15 minutes. However I am a little disappointed that I don't know if a further appointment is to be made after 4 weeks to ensure that the bone has healed correctly.?

Response from Mr Giles Pattison

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We are delighted to be able to offer a Sunday fracture clinic service and it seems very convenient for children and their parents. I am sorry that you left clinic without a clear understanding of the future follow up plan. You will receive a copy of the clinic letter; if things are not clear after you have received this than please contact my secretary and I will be in touch.
