My 8 year old son fell off his bike and fractured his humerus. A&E were not great initially, but on repeat visits they did find the fracture. We saw this doctor in the fracture clinic 5 days later. It was a very professional, efficient, comprehensive and pleasant encounter and we both felt that the care received was great. The doctor has a very nice manner and our copy his clinic letter received a few weeks later was spot on as well. This was a great experience for a scared little boy and his mother, and we are both grateful for this doctors' kind care and professionalism.
