Reviews
I was nervous, but Mr Robertson put all my fears at ease, he was extremely professional and calmed all my nerves. No question was too silly. On the day of the operation he explained again exactly what would happen. After surgery he visited me again to check on me and answer any questions I had.
He then visited me the next morning on the Saturday to discharge me and ensure I was okay.
I was fine after the operation, a little bit of discomfort but nothing as bad as I thought.
I cannot recommend Mr Robertson highly enough.
Having read all available material on the internet and being extremely anxious and concerned regarding the removal of my gall bladder, all fears were swiftly iradicated following innitial consultation with Mr Robertson.
His professional approach is second to none and has an excellent quality in describing the procedure and talking through any concerns you may have. Simply, i knew i was was in the best and safest hands possible.
