Perfect in every way thank you.
I self-funded my treatment (hernia repair) as, otherwise, I would have had a nine-month wait, during which I would have been quite restricted in taking any beneficial exercise and would have continued to suffer pain and inconvenience. I was given a total, overall, cost for the treatment so I could budget effectively.
I was able to research and arrange for a surgeon of my choice to carry out the repair and eveything was straightforward and efficient and the surgeon (Gavin Robertson) was brilliant.
It was nice to have a private room and the staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient and my wife was able to wait in my room, while I had the operation.
Should I have/need private health treatment, in the future, I would be happy to be taken care of by the Spire Leicester Hospital.
Over the past 2 years I have been a regular patient. The staff are so lovely, professional and very caring. I would highly recommend
All friendly, comfortable and efficient. Good quality food, if a slightly limited range during my short stay.
I noticed very few Asian employees, which does not reflect the local population in general or the health service in particular, and gives me some concern about the recruitment policy.
A welcoming and unhurried experience with genuine care for the patient.
I was impressed by the level of care I received. The staff were attentive and helpful. My only criticism might be the quality of the food. It appeared to be more focused on comfort than health e.g. white bread, crisps, biscuits, whereas I eat wholemeal bread and would prefer fruit.
But overall, nursing care was very good.
Very clean and I was well looked after
The hospital care is great, staff are caring and considerate.
The only negative is the condition of the rooms, they are outdated and need refurbishment.
Wonderful Team
Very clean and quick.
