The hospital care is great, staff are caring and considerate.
The only negative is the condition of the rooms, they are outdated and need refurbishment.

This was not my first visit to Spire Leicester, however, sadly it will be my penultimate as all visits have been via my work medical scheme.
On this latest visit it was easy & relaxed from the moment I arrived & was booked in to the HCA who checked my details & the member of staff who took my food & drinks order.
At the time of my recent visit (Sept / Oct 2022) the drinks machine makes an amazing Mocha - even better than Costa & Nero

Fantastic care for Patients, from Drs, Surgeons, Nursing staff to Catering staff - everyone is very helpful, kind and listen attentively to your needs.

Spire hospital in Oadby is very clean, inside the radiology room, changing room, toilets and waiting area. Refreshments were provided and the nurses and reception staff were exceptional!

From bookings and pre-op assessments, all done with only two visits to the Hospital and the rest over the phone, everyone was exceptionally professional, efficient and polite. Things ran smoothly. The operation, care on the day surgery ward and in recovery was very good, with information continually being given. This all added to a particular stress free event. Food and refreshments were always available, what ever time of day. I recovered the same day, out by 7pm, with all requirements met. I felt I was in a safe environment from start to finish.
