I would thoroughly recommend Spire as the service and attention was perfect. The team were empathetic to my treatment from the first interaction at reception to post op care. I felt totally looked after and supported by everyone there and on the telephone pre and post operation.

The Spire hospital where I had my operation was incredible. the staff are so friendly and could not do enough for me.
I am struggling to think of anything which could have been improved- the only thing I can think of is that car parking can be a challenge on some occasions, when the hospital is busy, and the drop off area for inpatients could be improved with clearer markings and parking bays.

I had cataract surgery on 3rd Jan 2022 at the Spire and the experience was so good I opted to have my gallbladder removal surgery there as well on 6th February 2022. The hospital was clean and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Spire.

All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, from my very first appointment all the way through to my treatment. The hospital is clean and pleasant and I felt well looked after during my stay.

Two outpatient appointments, one pre- and one post-operative.
Two visits for pre-operative blood tests and ECG.
Abdominal surgery.
All encountered staff courteous, informed and professional - reception, secretary, pre-operative telephone assessment of health, HCAs, nurses, ODP, surgeon, anaesthetist, ward hostess.
Good reminder texts and emailed information.

Have been to Spire Leicester several time plus my family go there too. Always clean and I’m much happier to go there than any other hospital.
