I am now 6 weeks post op after having a mesh hernia repair with liposuction and tummy tuck. On my first consultation Mr Ross was very approachable, he listened to what I wanted and explained how realistic it would be to achieve. Mr Ross advised that I should loose some weight so that the overall look after surgery would be better, he was right. On the day of surgery l was made to feel comfortable and cared for by all on the ward. After surgery staff checked me regularly and checked my level of pain. Once l had got home l rang up for some advice and the nurse on the phone was fantastic and very helpful. She even rang me back later in the day to see how l was. I am amazed by the results of my surgery. I feel amazing and feel so much more comfortable in my own skin. I have my pre-pregnancy tummy back which l honestly I thought of would never have again. Everyone is amazing, professional and caring.

Initially chose this surgeon because of the large volume of excellent photographs on website even though his base is a long way from where I live. Had 2 very detailed consultations befor surgery agreed. Even though I was keen to go ahead Mr Ross was careful to satisfy himself that my health was strong enough to support the surgery due to anaemia and I consequently waited 6 months to reach the required levels. I had full face and neck surgery and am over the moon with the results. The pain after surgery was worse then expected however the results are that good I would do it again tomorrow with Mr Ross. I have full confidence in Mr Ross and his staff who were brilliant from start to finish. If I or any other member of my family require surgery in the future I would only use Mr Ross. Boost to my self confidence has been phenomenal. Thank you Mr Ross and all the nurses at The Alex.

I came to see Mr Ross on recommendation by a friend for breast re augmentation. From the initial consultation through to post surgery follow ups Mr Ross and his team have been amazing. Mr Ross discussed at length six available options I could consider to achieve the results I was looking to gain from the surgery. I trusted his advice and felt reassured by his honesty and clarity regarding the likely outcome of each of the options. I was able to make an informed decision with his guidance and experience and a week post surgery can say I am very, very happy with the results.
