Dr Ross made me feel very comfortable in my initial appointment and helped me make an informed decision about which procedure was right for me and my body. The surgery was stress free and the surroundings very comfortable. Thoroughly pleased with the results even at this early stage!

I had arm lift surgery after years of being embarrassed with 'bingo wings'. Mr Ross was excellent. He totally put me at ease about the operation & was very clear about what to expect after surgery. Post surgery was far less painful than I first expected and after only 6 weeks the scars are doing really well. I'd thoroughly recommend Mr Ross, he's not the cheapest but is the best.

Mr Ross is an excellent surgeon with a great reputation, which is why I chose him to do my operation. Everything was explained before the procedure and after care was good. The results are as expected at this stage and I am looking forward to the "final" results in a couple of month's time. I felt safe having my procedure carried out.

He took time to think about my case and give me honest and realistic answers. The whole experience from start to finish was professional but relaxed.
