At 43 I was torn between wanting to remove some heaviness from the upper lid but also conscious my eyes did look nice and was I being bit OTT in striving for perfection. I first had a consultation with Mr Ross and his team on email and immediately was given a fair and honest opinion outlining pros and cons . The whole team from his nurses and administration assistants were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble ! I felt in safe hands and completely confident I was making the correct decision to proceed . I had the surgery 8 weeks after my consultation and everything went as expected including recovery , the first week was the most challenging due to swelling ( I am just a sweller anyway ) but I worked from home and if I did pop,out I wore large sunglasses and felt fine. Six weeks ok today and I cannot begin to tell you how much I LOVE my new eyes , it's subtle because people do not instantly notice but those who do say you look 10 years younger what have you done ? I am thrilled and highly recommend Mr Ross and his team .

Mr ross is a very skilled surgeon, this is the second facelift. He has performed for me in the last 15 years and I'm delighted with the results. The care from both Mr ross and the hospital staff has been first class.i would highly recommend both.

I wanted to have an upper blepharoplasty for years but didn't have the confidence to go ahead. However I did a lot of research and came across Mr Ross's website. After my initial consultation with Mr Ross, I felt reassured and confident to go ahead with the surgery. I had a local anaesthetic (which is what I wanted, I didn't want a general anaesthetic). The surgery took about an hour and 15 mins. I had something to eat and drink shortly after and went home the same day. I had bruising which didn't look too bad after about 4 or 5 days, it felt sore but nothing that I couldn't cope with. I'd say it took about a week for the bruising to go and a little longer for the swelling under my eyes to settle. At my 6 week check I am more than happy with the results of my surgery. I still have a very very small amount of swelling which is not noticeable. My peripheral vision has improved and I am very happy now with the appearance of my eyes. Wish I had had the surgery sooner!

Mr Ross listened to the concerns I had with my nose and showed examples of previous clients who had had similar issues/procedures. He was always honest if something wasn't doable/wouldn't look good or unnatural on my face, and I trusted that my the final look of my nose would ultimately look like I hadn't had surgery and completely natural - which it does :)
