Having had three previous consultations I can honestly say no one took the amount of time and effort to listen and understand as Gary did. He was keen to listen at anytime ; not just during surgery hours and responded to both telephone calls and emails quickly. He was honest with what I could realistically expect but I have to say that the results are better than I ever could imagine. I have a new found confidence.
Having never had surgery before I was absolutely terrified but the whole experience firm consultation, recovery time and after care has been excellent. I can truly say I had no pain and was back in work after two weeks. The team that work with gary are amazing: Kay and Vicky to mention two of them but in reality every single member of staff at the Alex.

I had a full facelift, kneck lift and upper and lower eyes.
I am more than pleased with the results.

Gary did an excellent job reshaping my ear after I had a melanoma removed from it. He has since been very meticulous in monitoring my condition, and his manner is very approachable, attentive and thorough. He is also a very warm and friendly person.

I saw Mr Ross with regards to breast augmentation. He was very approachable and I found that he answered any questions or concerns that I may have had. Having been the senior plastic surgery consultant at the world renowned Christie Hospital in the NHS Mr Ross left the NHS in 2013 to deliver plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery within the private sector.
He works at one of the largest private hospitals - the BMI Alexandra hospital and also the Christie Clinic.
