Gary Ross does not flannel nor extol the virtues of a latest product. He listens and then gives his expert opinion on the best and safest way for the client to have the best chance of achieving what they want. He then explains with images what the client can expect from a proposed procedure and answers all questions. This supportive approach instils trust in his integrity, a trust which is rewarded. I first knew Mr Ross several years ago as a patient at Christies following acoustic neuroma partial excision, with commensurate facial nerve damage. I soon became confident in his undoubted expertise but also his positive interpersonal skills. I enjoy having a joke and a banter with him, which is something not every professional is confident enough to undertake. When I had the funding to improve the effects of the nerve damage as well as repair a torn abdominal muscle and remove excess tissue, Gary Ross was my first choice and I have been delighted with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary Ross and his team to anyone requiring remedial or aesthetic plastic surgery and looking for a specialist they can trust.

I lost a great deal of weight from being in my 20's and I have been left with endless skin. I used to be 20 stone and I lost 9 stone so I was left with horrible looking loose skin, I found Gary as he was the best surgeon with the most experience so I had a consultation with him and he was straight forward and assuring. The surgery itself was extremely successful and the whole experience was a lot easier than I expected, I had support from Gary personally throught and also from his team of nurses who called me whenever I had questions or needed advice.

I have wanted a breast enlargement for several years after reaching the end of puberty and realising I wasn't blessed with even average sized breasts. After having and breastfeeding my little boy who is now 19 months old I was even more self conscious and upset about the size of my breasts. I avoided swimming with my little boy and never took my vest top off on holiday even in 35 degree heat. I was recommended to Gary Ross by a friend after her fantastic breast augmentation results.
