i had my op in February 18.the op went well with some pain initially for the first 3 weeks but by doing the physio required i found the pain easing off fairly rapidly.its very important to stress the support i received from the hospital team.i am twelve months on now and the decision to have the op was one of the best things i have done. i have my freedom of movement back and am pain free.

very helpful listened to my symptoms and explained things very well, on a previous appointment i was given an cortisone injection and felt no pain what so ever when put into the knee

Mr Stables and his team were amazing and I can't praise them enough. 3 weeks after my operation I was able to walk without crutches and able to drive it was incredible so much so I wish I'd done it years earlier.
