Reviews
Mr Dennis Kosuge took on board the fact that I was hearing impaired and spoke clearly and slowly, ensuring that I could see his face so that I could lip-read.
At my first consultation, he explained clearly what the problem was and what the possible options were. He treated me as an individual, listened to my questions and concerns and answered them fully.
He was totally professional and at the same time, caring and compassion towards me and the pain and loss of mobility I was experiencing. This continued throughout my time in hospital having a THR and at the follow-up consultation.
Mr Dennis Kusuge was very clear with his explanation of the procedure, very calm and patient. He has a very kind and personable manner
It took me over six years to commit myself for my knee replacement.
On meeting Mr Kosuge he had given me such confidence. He was very approachable, he listened and explained the procedures every step of the way.
My total knee replacement has been a complete success.
I would like to thank you Mr Kosuge for improving my life.
Mr Dennis Kosuge explained fully in meetings prior to my operation about what the procedure would entail. The pros and cons of having the operation. And what to expect afterwards and the likely period of recovery. I am happy to have received his professional experience and expertise. Also happy to recommend him to anyone else wanting and seeking a hip replacement operation, as I had.
I cannot recommend Mr Kosuge highly enough. He is a warm, approachable and thoroughly professional person. I had total confidence in him from my first visit and I was not disappointed. His care immediately after the operation was exemplary, visiting me twice over the weekend, and this has continued throughout my follow up visits. My total knee replacement has been 100% successful and I thank Mr Kosuge very much for his care.
