Relatives never told what was going on / Pale onto progress/discharge date etc - Receptionist extremely rude. Told patient wasn't on ward having travelled 1/2 hour/30 mile roundtrip twice. Told she was not on ward every time. Frantic.

Communication, Communication, Communication. Every time I telephoned I was told a nurse would return my call - Still waiting.

It's a good hotel with good food. No bar and more entertainment needed in the evenings.

I have never been in a place were they the care is great, and all the staff put there weight the main feeling here is good they have a lot of compassion.

Plane ward looks after my husband so well the staff are so patient and kind they do fantastic job.

I have to mention name anna frommpoland looked after me sooo well such lovely girl young family so only see her once week. Likewise all the staff be rude to single out anymore but Mo have to say is such caring lovely young man Food excellent no plastic plates cups Everywhere spotless It's like 4 star hotel. I came in suddenly few clothes My washing done daily Hard to believevthis us nhs
