Mr Lam recently performed my bilateral breast augmentation and I cannot praise him highly enough for an excellent, informative and caring experience. The surgery was a great success...scarring is hardly visible. His care was second to none and his pleasant manner made me feel instantly at ease and able to make an informed decision. I consulted Mr Lam because I was unhappy with the lower part of my face My face was very baggy around the mouth with heavy jowls. As soon as I met Mr Lam I immediately felt at ease and reassured. He was very professional, caring and a good listener. Before the operation all the nurses and theatre staff spoke very highly of him which reassured me greatly. After the operation Mr Lam visited me several times, talking through the procedure and after care. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and I would recommend Mr Lam unreservedly to anyone requiring a face lift

I had my breast reduction surgery on the 9th of February this month at thornbry hospital. The results are absolutely amazing, my boobs look amazing for once, scars are minimal and still fading, and they have changed my life! I had my operation at thornbry hospital and it was an amazing experience, I was very well looked after and felt like I was at home, the food was great and great choice, I never felt in pain and they helped me throughout the night. I am now 2 months post-op after bilateral breast augmentation and could not be happier with the result! Mr Lam and the team at Claremont Hospital have been fantastic from start to finish. I work as a vet and so surgery and standards of care are a part of my day-to-day life... I probably asked more awkward questions than the average patient because of this! However, Mr Lam wasn't phased and he went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, give me his professional opinion and discussed all the pros and cons of different options. He focused on what I wanted to achieve and what he could do to help without making me feel uncomfortable or disparaged. Previous consultations with other surgeons had made me upset and confused but all these worries disappeared after my first consultation with Mr Lam, which is why I knew he was the right surgeon for me. The team were on hand to answer any question I had, no matter how trivial it may seem and in particular Mr Lam contacted me during his own free time to ensure I was happy. Cosmetic surgery is a big emotional, physical and financial undertaking for anyone but I am happy to say it was completely worth it. I highly recommend anyone considering this surgery to go to one of the hospital open evenings or have a consultation to see the excellent standard of care provided by Mr Lam and his team. Mr Lam is a brilliant surgeon with a very human approach, he doesn't look down on you as some surgeons do. I had a breast reduction on 1 December and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the results after only eight weeks, the scars are minimal and disappearing fast as I keep using lots of moisturising cream (E45 mainly) I know other people who are thinking of having this procedure and I have no hesitation in recommending Mr Lam and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for his work of art.
