I consulted Mr Lam because I was unhappy with the lower part of my face My face was very baggy around the mouth with heavy jowls. As soon as I met Mr Lam I immediately felt at ease and reassured. He was very professional, caring and a good listener.
Before the operation all the nurses and theatre staff spoke very highly of him which reassured me greatly.
After the operation Mr Lam visited me several times, talking through the procedure and after care. I am absolutely over the moon with the results and I would recommend Mr Lam unreservedly to anyone requiring a face lift
