Following dislocation of my shoulder, he called me up to go in for an MRI scan. By the time I got back to the reception area he had reviewed my scan and called me back to discuss what options I had regarding my shoulder. We agreed an operation to reattach small area of bone that had broken off was the best long term option. The keyhole surgery was done 5 days later. Pysiotherapy was arranged for 10 days after the operation and has continued every 2 weeks so I can regain full range of movement in my arm. My first experience of NHS care and I don’t think I could of got better if I had gone privately.
