I had suffered from carpal tunnel for nearly 30 years but eventually decided I had to do something about it. I saw Mr Cloke at Alnwick in November 2022 and had the surgery at Rake Lane a couple of weeks ago. I could not fault the care given by the whole team from the moment I turned up. They were excellent. Mr Cloke carried out the surgery quickly and kept me informed of everything he was doing. I wish I'd had it done years ago. Thank you to the whole team.

I was highly impressed by the care I received from Mr Cloke over the past few years while managing the pain and reduced mobility in my shoulder with a rotator cuff injury. Throughout the various periods of restriction due to Covid, Mr Cloke was consistently attentive, calling periodically to check how I was doing and twice referring me for steroid injections. I could not have asked for more and my trust and confidence in Mr Cloke grew over this time. Thus, I was very happy to accept the offer of surgery when it was made. I attended for day surgical repair of my rotator cuff performed by Mr Cloke. I have nothing but praise for every aspect of my treatment and care on the day at North Tyneside Hospital. Post-surgery I am making rapid progress towards, I believe, full recovery aided by excellent post-surgery physio care at my local hospital in Alnwick. The NHS at its best!

Outstanding treatment received from Mr Cloke after we had a consultation for my son who had suffered a shoulder injury playing rugby. My son found him very approachable and felt completely at ease with him. He provided a comprehensive prognosis of what he believed was causing the problem. Extremely reassured by him and the meticulous treatment plan he suggested. Thoroughly impressed with how efficient he is and the excellent support provided by his exceptional secretary Penny and the help provided by Callum. Highly recommend Mr Cloke - top-notch!

I had a consultation with Mr Cloake at the start of July 22. Having reviewed my MRI results he carried out an examination. He was very personable, explained his diagnosis drawing a diagram to aid understanding and then outlined my options. We agreed a way forward. I am awaiting a date for surgery.
