I found that Mr Siozos explained everything to me clearly..I understood everything...felt at ease...all of the staff I came into contact with were very pleasant..my biggest problem was parking..tried 4 car parks before leaving my car somewhere that wasn't actually a space...I allowed an hour to get to my appointment...I began to panic as I didn't want to be late for my appointment...

I have had a couple of consultations with Mr Siozos and have always found him very professional and friendly. He has made me feel at ease and not at all embarrassed to discuss what can be seen as an embarrassing condition. He offered sound advice and varied options for me to choose a procedure that I felt comfortable to go ahead with. He gave me all the information I needed and did not put any pressure on me to decide straight away. He was patient listening to my worries and making me aware of success rates and complications. I have total faith in his knowledge, and feel like a person rather than a number. I can't think of any improvements to suggest.

I like the calm, courteous and professional manner in which Mr Siozos conducts my appointments. I am extremely pleased with the result of the surgery which was carried out earlier this year. I have no suggestions on improvements.
