My consultation with Mr Siozos was excellent and very professional. Dedicated to his profession, he was kind, considerate and put me at ease. I finally felt someone had the time to listen to my problems and wanted to help me. I can't thank him enough, after years of suffering I only wish I'd had an appointment with him years ago.

Had a prolapse repair carried out at Fitzwilliam Hospital on 30/09/2021, by 16/10/21 could still feel prolapse and stitches, on 18/10/21 contacted Mr Siozos who felt I may have had an infection, so went to my gp for swab and antibiotics, the nurse who completed the swab agreed the prolapse was still there. On 4/11/21 I saw Mr Siozos who examined me and told me that I did not have any prolapse that he could see and there was nothing further he could do. I made a complaint the same day with the hospital, it then took until 10/12/21 to see another consultant for a second opinion, she told me that I had a Grade 2 prolapse (which later went to a Grade 1) when she wrote her report. I have paid out over £6,338 for a prolapse repair, which hasn't worked, so I still have the prolapse and also a debt, but because the consent form says that there is a chance of reoccurrence of prolapse (even though it was only 3 weeks), the hospital and Mr Siozos have covered thereselves. I felt that Mr Siozos was completely uncaring, not bothered and very disinterested during our last consultation. I definitely would NOT recommend this consultant.
