I have been under Mr Chidi Ekwobi’s care for 4 years now, when I first met him I was extremely insecure and anxious about the deformity I discovered I had. From the first appointment I had with him he was very reassuring, kind and care. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease. With the deformity I have, there was no other way to change it other than surgery, even though I was denied funding numerous times and it had taken nearly 5 years to be accepted he kept pushing and eventually helped me to get what I needed. I can’t fault him in anyway, as it was my first operation I didn’t know what to expect but he was very patient and made me realise that I was safe and in good hands. Every appointment I have had since my surgery he always asks how I’ve been, explains what he plans to do next in a way that I am able to understand. I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me so far and I am forever grateful!

This was my third appointment with Mr Ekwobi, first was initial assessment, second the surgical treatment and third a follow up appointment. On all occasions I found Mr Ekwobi had a very friendly manor, was approachable and easy to talk to. I find it hard to suggest any ways to improve.

Mr Ekwobi is very understanding and I love that he wants the best for you and to do the best job he can. Hes a lovely man and a great surgeon. The only thing that let my care down was the stress the NHS is under. It needs to change, the waiting list for results and operations is ridiculous! But Mr Ekwobi will always have my recommendation.

Had breast recon and I don't think anyone could have done a better job. He put me at ease and the result is amazing. It was a long operation and I was in the hospital for 4 nights and the care by him and the rest of the time was faultless. Thank you to all of them you have changed my life

It was a couple of years ago when I had reconstructive breast surgery and it was a delicate task but went perfectly. I remember Mr Chidi being a happy positive surgeon who as part of Mr Dahals team did an amazing job and I always wanted to say thank you
