The results are amazing. I'm completely back to my normal self which is great. He was very polite and friendly, and explained what he knew and showed me scans etc so I was fully informed. The actual process leading up to the operation was quite frustrating but I think that's more the NHS rather than Dr Vaqas.

I saw this surgeon at the final stage after my meningioma was removed and he fitted a skull repair plate. He was professional and very considerate in that he operated with thought to how could be done with least impact to hair on head.Important to to us ladies.

He explained all the options clearly and simply and listened and responded to questions and concerns. He puts you at ease that you are in safe hands. He planned follow up session immediately at the end of the appointment so I knew roughly when to expect it.

Mr vaqas is my miracle he has given me life he is a man who is selfless in sharing his capabilities his knowledge to help others . He is calming and caring when explaining how he can help and did help me I’m truly blessed to of been given a chance in life by a man who has oviously studied for years a selfless man who helps others he truly has a gift of magical hands and mind . I can not thank him and his team enough it will never be enough how do you thank someone who has given you your life back the reassurance that I’m deserving of life just as everyone is . I feel special I think his special I’m most grateful of his years of studying and will always be in his and his teams debt I wish I could repay him and his team somehow but how do you pay for life . The people who prep you the whole team every single person who saved me thank you .

Dr Vaasa was very patient and didn’t rush his consultation and so I felt empowered to ask all sorts of questions arising from my diagnosis. He explained everything very clearly with compassion and was in no way condescending and did his best to allay my worries. He explained the follow up treatment clearly and had a great sense of humour and left me feeling confident about my future management.
