I first met Mr Tsang very briefly on the day he conducted an Endoscopy to ascertain for himself, the size and position of the GIST On the actual day of the operation, both my wife and myself were taken by Mr Tsang to his consulting room, where he allayed any worries or concerns, in a very professional yet extremely reassuring manner . After the operation, took the trouble to speak to my wife, and to reassure her that all went well. I was then moved to my room, where I was extremely well looked after by all the nursing staff. On returning home Mr Tsang rang as promised, and again reiterated that all was well and clear. . Mr Tsang professional yet compassionate manner was second to none and I felt that at all times I was in extremely safe hands I would like to thank ALL the theatre staff and ward staff, without their help and assistance, the operation would not have been possible Any one else who is worried about a similar operation "Fear Not" Mr Tsang's care and attention will put any fears to rest

Explained procedure prior to operation. Asking me if I understood everything. Also checked in with me after the operation. Overall all staff were helpful and showed care.
