Steven Goh is the kindest and most approachable surgeon and from the moment I was diagnosed with breast cancer and the fact I needed a mastectomy I knew he was the surgeon I wanted to carry out the operation. He didn't go into great detail on the day of diagnosis as he is very aware that the 'patient' needs time to get to grips with the fact they have just been told they have Cancer. At the following appointment he spent time explaining the procedure and made the diagnosis easy to understand by little drawings and any questions, however silly they sounded to me he understood. His staff have nothing but praise for him and I have no hesitation in saying he is a wonderful and reassuring surgeon.

He is kind and very friendly. Has a lovely manner and instantly puts you at ease. Explains everything fully and gives his best advice to enable you to make the right decision about your surgery. I have the utmost respect for him. Also his staff really like him which is a great indicator of his personality and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any patient.

Since the moment I was diagnosed in August 2012 with Inflammatory Breast Cancer I have felt totally looked after by Mr Goh and his team. The whole team both in the Breast Unit and in Ongology. Mr Goh has shown that his own expectations from surgery are for the very best results and I am confident as I have just completed my last surgery that my surgery has gone very well and I am very happy with the results after a full mastectomy to nipple tattooing. Mr Goh has been an amazing consultant to have, he is fully approachable about the silliest question and giving me confidence that the team would do absolutely everything in their power to rid my body of cancer and fully restore me from my first meeting.
