I was referred to Mr Jowett for foot surgery and found him to be friendly and courteous; he clearly explained the available options and I received excellent care before, during and after my surgery. My foot is pain-free for the first time in years and as I said to him, this has been life-changing. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Following a complex ankle injury in a road traffic accident I was referred to Mr Jowett who performed carried out an ankle fusion. From the first consultation he was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain all the options very clearly at every stage of the process. The final outcome was better than I could have hoped for. I am extremely grateful to him, and his whole team, and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I heartily recommend Mr Billy Jowett for foot and ankle expertise. Mr Jowett is easy to talk to, sympathetic and kind, he listens well. His suggestions for surgery on my left foot were easy to understand and accurate in the outcomes achieved. The initial consultations were easy to arrange, his secretary Tanya is helpful and positive. The covid lockdowns made planning difficult, but once the hospital could make space, the surgery was swiftly organised. Spire Hospital Portsmouth were caring and welcoming. In recovery I have felt supported and have had a very positive outcome. Pain free in my left foot which previously gave me great pain. I can now walk without difficulty. I have ongoing occasional pain in my right foot and we have discussed when intervention may be necessary. This discussion felt very balanced, I could fit the surgery into my plans for the coming year.
