I cannot recommend Mr Sauve highly enough. He performed carpal tunnel release on both my hands, 3 months apart. He is friendly, funny and thorough with his explanations. Being a curious patient, he also let me look inside the hand, which was awesome! I felt really well looked after and in safe hands with Mr Sauve, from the very first consultation. The results on both my hands were immediate and transformational - for example, no more putting eye liner on with a numb hand!

After struggling with undiagnosed carpal tunnel syndrome for years, I finally managed to get a diagnosis and referral to see Mr Philip Sauve early 2022 and I can honestly say his treatment has changed my life! He is caring, friendly and has the ability to make you feel like you are his only priority. He takes the time to listen, not only to symptoms but also concerns and lifestyle requirements. During my initial consultation he gave me a steroid injection after discussing all options and explaining everything clearly…injections were repeated twice over a 12 month period before it was decided the time had come for surgical intervention…at every stage I was given options and I was included in the decisions. My first surgery was in early June, with my second early October …The results have been immediate for both hands and I couldn’t be happier...After all these years, being out of pain is such a relief. I cannot recommended Mr Sauve highly enough…you are in very safe hands with him.

15 months ago I had a Cartiva procedure on my arthritic lower thumb joint carried out by Phillip Sauve. This surgery has made such a difference. I am now pain free. Phillip explained fully the procedure and was very reassuring from start to finish. I feel incredibly lucky to have had him as my Surgeon.

This man is pure genius! He said he would give me a new hand and he did. Actually, in April he did a trapeziectomy on my hand. I had osteoarthritis in my thumb which was very painful and stopped me from doing lots of every day things and enjoying pastimes such as knitting and playing my saxophone/clarinet. I can now happily do everything I wish to once again. In my opinion, Mr Soave is kind, funny, caring and a brilliant surgeon! A thoroughly nice doctor. I really can’t think how he could do anything better.
