When I had my initial consult with Ms Ahmed, I was very impressed with the fact that she listened to what I had to say and the competence that she showed gave me a lot of confidence in her. I had a modified radical attico-antrostomy and ossiculoplasty six days ago and have been told that the operation went well. I have yet to have the packing removed so cannot attest to complete success at the moment, but am hoping to find out in a week or so. I am still feeling very weak and woozy and have lost some of taste (have been told this could be temporary, I hope) but am on the mend. The care I received from Ms Ahmed and all the doctors and nurses was excellent. The only negative was that I received no post surgery advice or phone numbers (this may have been down to fact that I ended up in a different ward) but when I phoned Ms Ahmed's secretary she was very helpful and asked the ENT nurse Tracy to phone me with advice. I am very grateful to everyone who looked after me, thank you.

She was a wonderful and very friendly women, she has great professionalism and shows great listening skills when it comes to what you are asking for. She did a great job of doing my nose for me, she listen to what i wanted and then she tell me what they are going to do and how they are going o do it. Thank you.
