I’ve found Sam Williams to be incredible. I had seen a few other consultants/ surgeons during the previous months and felt dismissed by them. However Ms Williams really listened to me and wanted to help get to the bottom of the lump issue I am experiencing. I am so grateful for the exceptional care I have received from her.

I saw Dr Williams before my breast cancer operation. She took the time to explain exactly what was going to occur during my operation, including drawing me a diagram of the affected area and what the procedure would be. She listened to my concerns and made me feel more confident about the procedure. Dr Williams was courteous and kind. I would highly recommend her services.

Ms Williams and the staff in the department treated me with the utmost courtesy. She took the time to explain fully my case and concerns, she also listened to me. Although I had a wait between the mammogram and seeing Ms Williams I have no complaints as she was dealing with more difficult cases. Sorry but I cannot give any constructive suggestions as I was totally happy with my treatment.
